All unopened, unaltered, unused products that have been purchased through our online store can be returned within 5 days of shipment receipt. Cartridge returns are permitted at any time, with no restriction on when it was purchased, in their original packaging with the lot, batch, or inventory number fully eligible.
All Products, Sale or Clearance items are considered final sale, subject to items that arrive defective or damaged. Edible products are final sale and cannot be returned unless the product arrived damaged or unconsumable, or in the event that it has been subject to a product recall by the Producer or another Public Health institution. All such returns must include the original packaging of the product.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Once verified, you will be emailed a prepaid shipping label which may be affixed to the return package and drop off at an appropriate location. Once your returned product has been received and verified, you will be credited the original payment method used for the purchase.
